Just few days ago, my car was bang from behind during I going back home after work 
. This accident happen where one of the car in front emergency brake, so I force to brake too but the blur female driver behind me not able to stop her car and bang to my ass. My car ass pretty damaged and definitely need to claim that female driver car insurance to cover my loss.
Ok, if you want to claim his/her insurance, few things need to do before go to traffic police station do a report,
1) take photo/memorize his/her car plate number
2) need to know the accident location. example: Jalan 5, Tmn Bunga Raya ……
3) You must be car owner or 2nd driver in the car insurance. Where she/he also needed to be owner or 2nd driver.
4) better have his/her contact number and IC number.
5) bring IC, driver license, insurance copy and road tax copy or JPJ perakuan pendaftaran kenderaan (if have) to police station.
When you in police station, give them all needed document and they will question you how, where, when accident happen. So be smart when answer their question and let them know it is not your fault. Police will give you a small piece receipt, this is use to take the official police report that needed for insurance claim. The official report (RM4) only can take on working day office hour. After that police will take photo on both damaged car, it is better both party go to police station together so the case can settle faster. Just make sure report police within 24 hours after accident.
Next, you need call your insurance agent tell him you want to claim insurance and give him all necessary document below. Meantime, your car can be send to specify insurance panel garage for repairing advise by him.
1) IC photocopy
2) driving license photocopy
3) insurance copy
4) JPJ perakuan pendaftaran kenderaan (original copy keep by bank if loan)
5) bank loan aggrement (if loan, keep by bank also)
6) official police report (sometime agent request the small piece receipt)
7) details of person bang you and insurance company he used (a yellow color paper which can request from JPJ. cost RM10)
8.) official police report of person bang you and all of his insurance details. (agent can help you do this by pay him RM150++. RM100 pay for police? RM50 pay for agent transportation? I not sure)
Agents should be able settle all the rest without your attention after this. Normally your insurance company will bear the cost of repairing your car first, afterward they will claim back the money from perpetrator’s insurance company. Just the timeline repairing your car could be over 10 days depend on how the car damaged.
Good thing is other part damaged which not related to this accident, can be repair as well free of charge ….. what i heard from someone, insurance company will not send someone to verify if total repairing cost less than rm5k? Hmmm…. need to be confirm. If you read this and know it appreciate your reply.
Recently come in my mind want to play Forex trading after seeing Forex ads somewhere else that i not remember. So i tried to register and download MT4 (metatrader 4) from one of the famous online broker and start trading with demo account.
This is my first time play Forex and luckily I’m profit in the demo account. What i thought it is easy to earn in Forex market and I start deposit $$$ to the live account. I fund $100 usd to OANDA and in the end I get $97.05 which I believe $2.95 deduct by paypal as processing fee.
I start trading with real money and guess what…… Forex trading is not easy as I thought as I start losing my money by few pair EURUSD. It pretty hard in live account because you will be greedy and start worry when you see your money lost just in few seconds. In demo account you will not care the money and I bet you never or seldom put stop loss since it’s not real.
I think I need to study and analysis more on the Forex to become an expert.
