Looking back to the last post we updated, it was already a year before i.e. in Aug,2009

Most probably this blog has been forgotten by everyone..

Today, i would like to make this blog ALIVE!

Lately, we are actually busy in doing some research on the housing properties in our state.

In fact, the Malaysia house price has increased drastically in a year time, it is about 20% from year 2010 to 2011, of which mainly is due to the rise in raw materials price. We anticipate the house price will continue to increasing in the next following years as the housing market demand right now is still showing an upward trend.

If not to buy now, who know a year later there will be another 20% increase in the house price again? And this would definitely burden and not affordable for us to own our first house.

Therefore, the decision to buy a new house has come across to our mind.

We have visited quite a lot of new launched housing projects in Ipoh (as below) and we had finally chosen one of them for our First Dream House!

“Michael Jackson has died suffered a Heart Attack!”

I suspected to the reliability of the new at first and i still has a glimpse of hope that this must be a joke. Its the same situation like what i couldn’t believe about Leslie Cheung death on 1/4/2003. I NEED A PROVE!

But then, when i turned on the radio in car, radio station Deejay kept playing the Michael Jackson songs ALL THE WAY i drove to office. I knew that was something not right already.  Until, i reached office, turned on my laptop, and read the CNN news that “Michael Jackson, pop music legend, was declared dead at 2:26pm. PST ”

Yes ,confirmed, he died at the age of 50.

The news of his death had saddened my day. This is a really bad news to all. King of Pop is no more.  

The first song I knew from Michael Jackson is You are not Alone. My sister used to play this song every morning at 6am when we get ready to go for primary school. Gradually, this song has become one of our favourite song. I listened this song until now and i just would not get bored to it

This afternoon, i  have searched few Michael Jackson’s video from youtube to pass my boring weekend. This is the one which is really impressed and almost made me cried.  

2nd song that i loved from him is Heal The World. This song is sooo inspire to me, that is what we exactly want to make a better place and save it for our children in future. So touching..

I love this song ” Earth Song” also.

When we talked about Michael Jackson, definitely we do not missed out his famous dance move – Moonwalk. This video – Dangerous presented his dance that is incomparable to the others artist. Wao…its Amazingly Cool MAN! It let me flashed back to secondary school day where the scouts were practicing this dance and performed on the stage during Scouting Campfire. Nice show!

It is undeniable that a lot of people like to imitate Michael Jackson on his dance move, singing and clothing. Do you ever know, there is a pirated Michael Jackson in Malaysia?  Please see the video below, guarantee you will roll on the floor and die of laughing. HAHAHA.

Michael, you will stay in our heart forever.

Happy Father Day!~ hoping you enjoy the simple father day celebration and hope you like the shirt that i bought for you as gift. 

I remembered when we were small, we used to make you a card on your birthday or father day. But later on, we found out that our titik peluh artwork creation was being throw here and there and never will be kept well. Since then, we never will make you any card again because we knew that you will not appreciate for this kind of gift. Haha. As we grew elder and elder, we tend to kongsi money and buy you something that is really useful    It’s glad to see you wear on the clothes that we bought because u look great in the cloth that we had choosen. haha.

Unlike others daddy, you are neither fierce nor strict to all of us children. I remembered i used to sent my school exam record card to you for signature whenever i got a B or dropped in the exam result. Mummy surely will scold if she see the result and i knew that, you is much more kind and will never take any “discipline action” to me. Ngek Ngek Ngek.

Papa, you are really a very  forgetful person. I bet you don’t remember anyone of your children birthday because i never receive any birthday greeting from you for the past 23 years!~ Surprisingly, 2 years before u gave me a Diary Book as Birthday present that made my siblings jealous on me!~ hehe. I am the lucky one!~    I remembered there was a time when i was small, u bring me out for shopping and you HAVE FORGOTTEN that i am following you. It ended up with my name was being reported to public and you come to bring me at the LOSS AND FOUND COUNTER in shopping mall. kns.

Papa, sometimes you are really do better than mummy because everything i asked for you to buy, you will never reject. HEHE. I remembered last time when i wanted to buy an expensive swimming suit very much and asked for you sponsor, straight away you give me the money!~   For the same thing i asked from mummy before that, she is not allowed no matter how tired i begged just because the old swimming suit is not broken yet.

Papa, sometimes i really feel that you very berat sebelah 1 loh!~ You sayang my youngest brother more than anyone of us loh!~  Last time when we were all primary school, you always bring my youngest brother ONLY for movie, fast food and left me with elder bro and sister at home during weekend. After came back home still want to show off to us how great the movie is!~ gerrkkkk……

Papa do you know that your cooking is very geli ? haha. I remembered last time when mummy is not at home and you become the Chef to cook dinner for us. You cooked the curry fish without cleaning the fish’s organ!~ all the items in the fish stomach come out and mixed with the curry. Walaoyeh!~ this is the most terrible dishes in the world!~ and i remember you cooked the steam chicken until all its skin hangus and you cut the chicken to either too big size or too small pieces. Aiya, in conclusion, bad in taste and appearance also lah. Can you pls don’t cooked again? Honestly, i really dont dare to eat at all even a very small pieces. HAHA. 

On the other hand,  i feel lucky enough that papa you do not has the same attitude like me toward Geli Food, otherwise, all my FAIL COOKED FOOD have nobody to support already. You are my Biggest Supporter!~ I remembered there was a time that i put so much effort to bake a tin of coconut cookies, and dunno due to what reason, my cookies is just like YUCKKKSSS!~ Even myself don’t take it after tried the 1st piece. Guess What?? My dad helped me to finish the whole tin!! hehe. This make me not giving up to try something new recipe because i know that all the ingredients / effort/ energy will not be wasted. Someone is going to help me finish it. Ngek Ngek Ngek.

Aiyoyo, papa, you know that your stomach is already so big like 9 month pregnant lady ah? *shake head* Sorry..partly is our fault because we used to feed you with all the food that we cannot finished. haha. I am so proud of you to have a big stomach that can put in soooo muchhhh food, so that we will not feel guity to the food wastage!~

Papa, hope you always pink in health and happy forever!~ I am sorry if i had any mistakes that make you sad or disappointed sometimes. I am very thankful to have you as my father!~

Actually there are still a lot a lot of stories about my dad that will not has the ending.

I do not stick to dad as sticky compared to my mum. We talk less to each others and mostly our topic is more on discussing the serious stuff like loan, fees, rather than tell jokes or sharing story. My dad like to keep everything at his bottom of heart instead to share with us. But, we know that everything he did is for all of us benefit.

I am so glad that this year father day all my siblings able to come back home to have a simple celebration.

We have our reunion dinner at Mushroom Stall and we ordered all types of famous food at there!~ Yummy…Yummy… Deliciuos!~ The dishes included: Oyster Sauce Crab, Ikan Bakar, fried Lala with special spicy sauce, thai fried rice, Man Yee Mee, Dai Lok Mee, Popiah and roasted chicken wing.

Okla. Here is it how we celebrate father day. Tomorrow is Monday and all my siblings are already gone back to their place. Haihz…sooo sien….

I believe most of the Chinese also view soup as a soul and indispensable part of a perfect meal as i do.

Frankly to say, i am quite bored to have the almost same soup everyday. I WANT SOMETHING NEW!! and i wish TO DISCOVER MORE DELICIOUS SOUP!! So, i have bought a recipe book which included more than 100 types of most popular soup  from China, South-east Asia and Western Countries. Some soups have the healing qualities as well. Hopefully i have enough patient to try every single recipe  

Today, i have boiled the first soup in the recipe book and i wish to share the recipe of Chicken Soup with Sea Coconut to those who are interested   According to the recipe book, this soup heals coughing, reduces night time urination as well as nourished the lungs and skin.

Ingrdients:

300g sea coconut
1 chicken
19g red dates (stoned)
12-16 cup water
pinch of salt

Method:

1. Clean the chicken. Scald and rinse in cold water.

2. Peel the outer coat of sea coconut. Stone red dates. Put both in a pot and add water.

3. Bring water to the boil. Put chicken in a pot. It takes about 15 minute for the soup to boil after adding the chicken. Once it boilds, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 hours.

4. Sprinkle salt to season.

Da da.. this is the outcome!~

The taste is really fresh to me. *thumbs up* This is what i am looking for. Something different and Delicious!

Few days before, I heard that Balsam Pear 苦瓜 can fight for pimples. I hate Balsam Pear   But i hate my pimples even more.  So, no choice, this evening i have bought some balsam pear from hypermarket and mixed it with orange and blended into juice.

Surprisingly, the taste is not as bitter as i thought. Maybe i have added in orange to neutral back its bitterness. Quite a healthy juice because no sugar is added. I am thinking to make it as a habit to have a cup of blended vege / fruit juice everyday. Yeah… this is a way toward a healthy life.. 

I have heard many to say that  The way to man’s heart is through his stomach. I dunno how true it is? We gals all know how we feel when boyfriend gives us flowers, maybe men feel this same way when a woman cooks for them?

Whatever lah.. But i do believe that when you make his stomach happy, you also make his heart happy! 

When men are fed, men are happy. 

So girls out there, Sek Zhou lah!

and also man out there, i believe the easiest way to approach a girl successfully is to cook her a perfect meal. It saved you alot of time and money. hehehe. 

Dunno when only i can eat something cook by unclechan leh? haiz….   

When i rushed out, i saw a very skinny cute little doggy glanced at me from the bottom of drain with her big round eye. Immediately, i put myself in her situation and felt that she is sooo pity..she must be starved for many days edi..she must be very thirsty..she must be very scare… 

What to do? What should i do? We gave her some food and water, but she just refused to eat. We all trying hard to get her out from the drain but it seems to be so difficult.  The doggy move speedily using her front leg when we climbed down to the drain. She wanted to bite us whenever we tried to touch her. We all were so disappointed on her reluctant to let us help her. She must be in fear very much.

The doggy legs were broken and she run when we get near to her.

So later my sister phoned Bomba for rescue. Within few minutes, Bombaman had successfully to take her out from drain. We all were so glad and the dog was rest in an empty house next by my home. But right after i finished my shower, i was shocked to see the scene that the doggy crawled accross the road and directly moved toward the drain and fall herself into the drain once again!!!

Wwwwhhhhhyyyyyyyy???? We have spent so much time and effort to rescue her but she wanted to give up on herself???? She must be very painful to fall into the drain for the second time and My heart was pain too.     I couldn’t understand why? alot of question appreared in my mind: Maybe she just want to die in starve? she feel the drain is comfortable? but how if it is raining day? how is she going to survive? going to die in starve need soo many days plus she was bad injured, is it she has to bear so much of pain for soo many days???

We decided to let the doggy inside the drain since she prefer to die in this way. The only thing we can do is praying to the God…to take this poor doggy faster..so that can reduce her pain..Hopefully the next day she would die peacefully.

The next day, the doggy is still alive and she is shivering like bearing an extreme pain and starved. One of my sister friend’s friend who is a vet, Dr Jean, has promised to come over to have a looked on the condition of poor little dog.

Dr Jean felt so pity to the doggy as we did as well. She is sooo kind enough and act very professional to take out the doggy from the drain in few minutes.

The dog struggled using her remaining energy. This is the part that made my tears started to roll down like pipe water   The doggy must be in fear very much…she must be very scare…this can see through when she is peeing and shiting when struggling.    sorry doggy….hoping u will understand that we were here to help u…  T___T

After Dr Jean checked her condition, noticed that she was actually had a serious injured at her lower part backbone, maybe she is being crashed by car or being beaten, and this caused her cannot walk anymore. She is impossible to recover anymore.  So, she has decided to give euthanasia to the poor little dog.

My brother was patting the doggy gently to calm her down while the doctor was preparing some poison injection. Doggy finally did not struggle anymore    My tears just couldn’t stop rolling down     We talked softly to the doggy “Guai Guai…you will be released from pain later….Good dog…ok?”  Followed by my sister scolding to ask me go away..cause my tears affect their mood  

Dr Jean then came back with poison and i heard she talked to the doggy like talking to a baby “Sayang….sayang…you will not get pain…very fast only….sayang…” followed by injection to the doggy.

With few second, we put the doggy in a more comfortable position, and looked at the doggy to breath slower and slower and until no breathing anymore. Dr.Jean checked her impulse and confirmed she has finally dead. It was 12pm at the moment

Doggy did not closed her eye no matter how hard my brother and Dr. Jean were trying to close her eye.     We all remained at the spot and Dr. Jean explained her condition to us. I was soooo sad to hear that the dog was only one or two years old.     Soooo pooor little dog T_T She said she would not give euthanasia to the doggy if only her legs are broken, but in this case, her backbone has broken, euthanasia is the best way to let her go.

Later, we paid Dr.Jean RM50 for the poison and my brother was digging a hole under the tree in front my house to settle the doggy dead body.

My brother carried the doggy and buried him into the ground.

We put her into a peaceful position.

My brother talked to the doggy hoping she rest in peace. 入土为安. O Mi Tou Fok.

Then, we covered back the doggy.

Good bye, Doggy.

Hoping the doggy understand what we did is actually helping her. 

Doggy, may you rest in peace.   

We loved you.

Not only because you are a dog,

But, A LIFE!
