On 15th December 2008, i have been to Klang for auditing for a week.
Two days before travel, i have a wonderful moment together with my Ji Mui again. This time, we have an early birthday celebration with Jenny. We have chosen a steamboat restaurant named Sky Steamboat, in Chinese called 天涯海角 火锅店 to have dinner together. This restaurant is located at Ipoh Garden East, somewhere near by English Yonlde. The food served in buffet style but in the presentation like Sushi King. We enjoyed the sushi and steamboat in the same time. 
The soup they served are more variety, it includes Miso Soup, Korean Soup, Tom Yam and Qing Tong. The taste is not bad, environment is nice, waitress are friendly and most importantly the food is fresh. It cost RM28.20 per each person.Not Bad lo. We have bought a small cake and a present for her. Hoping she like the present ler..coz we have visited alot of shop then only decide to buy that as gift 
One day before travel, i am rushing to write Christmas Card and send to my dearest friends at KL, doing some packing and not forget to post my last blog in UncleChan, although it is a very lousy meaningless entry
This Christmas Card is in 3D. I can’t believe that i have become so traditional to greet people by Card 
All this must blame to the person who send me the Birthday Card, she is the one who influenced me. HaHa. Joking only. Must Thank her.
The week in Klang is really super duper extremely stress. We have to complete all the work in a week is quite Pack. But nevermind, we are able to make it in the end. Thank God. This time we stayed in Summit Hotel located at Subang Jaya.
We stayed in Executive Room, cost us RM260 per night.
The view outside 20th floor is sooo beautiful. Especially the night view. But i have forgotten to take photo on it. sigh.. Luckily i am still able to take the sun rise picture on the check out date.
The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with santa clause and snow.Soo nice.
KL here are filled with a lot of Christmas atmosphere. The decoration in KL is much more attractive comparing to Ipoh loh! Lousy Ipoh 
Christmas trees are built as high as possible.
Other than Christmas tree, the Elf is there also! they are soo cute.
There are some fake plant too.
The stage is beautifully decorated.
Everywhere are selling Christmas tree. I wish to have one at my home too. 
And some Mini Sized Real Christmas Tree.
Alot of Christmas Accessories are sold at the center court too.
Gift shop are decorated with alot of different Christmas tree and lighting.
I saw this flower outside Ikea. This is called 风信子. Very pretty. It only priced RM8. Hope to own one very much but at last i didnt buy it becaue of my inexperience in gardening.
Then, I spotted a very very super extremely weird thing at Sunway Pyramid. It is a Malay Swimming Suit! hahaha.. I laugh non-stop when i saw this.. KNS betul ni.. This is a real 突破. People tend to design the clothing of swimming suit as less as possible nowadays, but this swim suit is moving in an opposite way pulak. =.=” Somemore, the tudung is in Swiming Suit Materials! haha…i wonder if i could have the chance to see people wear this in Stadium Public Swimming or not?? HAHAHAHAHAHA…. *Faint Me*
I have bough a XXL size Polo Shirt for my daddy. (he got a twins in his stomach.. )
And I reward myself a Skirt after one week work at KL. 
On 20/12/08, after mission is completed, finally we can go back to Ipoh. Yeah! Now waiting for Holiday at 25/12/08. hehe.
I reached Ipoh at 5.30pm. After i have dinner together with my family, i went out to meet with two Ji Mui in Olivenz Cafe. We have a long chat until 11.30am and finally i back home at 12am. Immediately, Fall asleep like dead pig -(00)- once i step into room. *What a tired and rushing week* Pengsan..
Finally, i am back from KL after one week heavy outstation work. This time, i come back to Ipoh at Saturday (after half day work) instead of stay back at KL to accompany Uncle Chan in KL until Sunday. One of the reason is because i wish to celebrate Winter Solstice Festival （冬至 ) togather with my family members. I enjoy the moment where all family members are sitting together on a one big round table having dinner, chit-chatting and sharing each others recent life. But sadly, my sister and little brother did not come back to home this time Luckily, my elder brother still able to come back home
Today is a busy day. Early in the morning, my mum wake us up and all of us are going to have breakfast at “Fat Si Fu” Dim Sum Restaurant. (This restaurant is introduced by uncle chan, and later we whole family used to have dim sum at there. HeHe. The taste is good and the most importantly the seat is SUFFICIENT. We do not have to waste time waiting for seat like MingKok) Then, we proceed to Ipoh Parade have a short walk. My brother hunts for new year shirt.

We have bought nothing at last. Before back home, i have bought Dorayaki Crepe in Chocolate Flavour. Yummy Yummy. It is soooo crispy and delicious!
Once we reached home, me and my mother busy to prepare the balls of glutinous rice ( 汤圆) and Dinner in kitchen. Have u eat 汤圆 today? Do u know how to make 汤圆? Hehe.. it is very easy and i want to share the recipe to make 汤圆
Ingredient Needed:-
Plain Water
Colouring
Tepung Pulut
1. Pour in half packet of flour into a mixing bowl, add in some water and mix it.
2. Massage the dough for about 15 minutes.
3. Then, separate it into 3 portions and add in the colour at the center of the dough.
4. Mix it well the colour. ( I have choosen Pink, Yellow and Purple colour)
5. You can play with the dough in different shape. like:-
Human Shape.
Star Shape.
and even…………………………….. Shit Shape..hahahahaha
It looks delicious, isn’t it? kekeke..
6. Ok Ok. My mum has scold me for preparing the dough for sooo long time in kitchen. (actually i am playing with it..keke) Back to the step. Now, we have to shape the 汤圆 into some normal shape i.e. ball shape.
i) put a small pieces on palm.
ii) Rub the dough into ball shape.
iii) Make it become round round and smooth and put it aside.
7. Ta Da. Me and my mother have used almost an hour to complete it.
This is Half of the 汤圆 we made.
This is the overall of 汤圆.
8. Now we have to cook it. First, we boil the water and add in the 汤圆.
9. The 汤圆 is cooked when it is floating on the water.
10. Take the 汤圆 out and put it into the cold water. ( to avoid it is sticky)
11. Then, take out from the cold water and put it into Sugar Water (Tong Shui).
12. Chiang Chiang Chiang..it is ready to serve.
Looks yummy and colorful right? hehe..
After preparation of 汤圆, me and my mum are busy to prepare for dinner. We take another 3 hour to cook dinner and at last we have our dinner at 5.30pm. Today dishes – Fried Chicken, Fried Vege, Japan Tauhu, Vege Soup and Spciy Prawn. Yummy Yummy.
I hope to give someone have a try on my home made 汤圆. But, the person is not at Ipoh and he is too busy in rushing for assignment deadline. Know who is the poor guy i am talking about? He is in the name of:-
Since i could not send the 汤圆 to him by Pos Laju or Courier, so, i post the 汤圆 specially for him in this blog. I have put 23 汤圆 into a bowl and give him. Hopefully, after he “taste” the 汤圆 become 肥肥圆圆 la.
He is too pity for not able to eat it right now but only can look at the photo and Air Liur Meleleh in front of computer. Therefore, i am decided to eat on behalf of him. Ngek Ngek Ngek. Its all inside my stomach now. HEHE. I have used my sincere heart to make 1 leh…

hm..how to start story le, oh ya, thank unclechan 1s haha, he’s not only provided place for me, to share his already very ’spacious’ room, but also ‘guan jiu’ me in many ways, since he is just like kl ‘dei tau chong’ he claims that so many year he spent at kl liao since he graduated from seconday sch. i always remember and aprreciate how he helps n guan jiu me ,ofcoz, i just wont express it in reality, just like no matter how u love ur parents, u won’t tell ‘Hey mom, i love you!’ n then kiss on her face. (actualy is just usual in the western but in estern country, we realy feel very ‘yuk ma’ n geli haha, oh ya, people do so, but just on their gf or bf) opps..far away from my story liao…
ok, i’ll tell someting about the setapak ria condo small room(small, very small, real small i mean), buddies/housemates there, life environment there, even the aquariums, the tortoise and so on…n i’ll put in some pictures.
unclechan ’spacious’ small room, how spacious? 6×6 ft wo, haha 6×6, those who been clf there b4 sure know i’m not bluffing LOLx, even smaller then my bathroom, even single size tilam, there’s only one way to put(fit) in,( here i realy duno wats the diff between length and width of this room haha) if u put another way, then the tilam have to fold abit! but clf stil share hia half tilam to me sleep, for one month, how we do that?upper part of us lie on the tilam, then our legs on the floor lo.
oh ya, suddenly recall my fish, fight fish, i’m not realy sure his condition after i moved to sg long, i think quite ‘cham’ gua?then he dead in the mid of this year.clf housemate’s fishes very expensive 1..rm200..wakao!
honestly, suddenly no mood to write ald, duno y..i wrote most of this before exam..mayb too tired now gua..maybe will edit when i got mood gua..ya ho, my old buddies tj, ah siang & ah hong(crazy f.m. fancy), how long r u?ah siang work liao?ah hong going kampar rite?got hang on this blog site ornot?if not then y don’t u?
oh ya ya, almost forget, but i still want to come back n tell something about clf’s room ‘nam yan mei’ walaoyeh, especial the pillow ‘hiong’ dou…n all his tilam n pillow chocolate color 1 LOLx..tat’s not all, his towel duno was dirty till dark dark or wat..just dark like mechanic’s wears 1…kua dou..haha
yaya..sun bin yell mai ‘YAHOOO! finish exam liao!!!!hou yeh!!yippeee!! oh ya, ofcoz, my own yell style ‘WOWOO!!!’(those who realy know me well sure know tat) LOLx
