I would like to share with you all the step to prepare Burger Sandwich.

1. Grill the Burger by using Planta. Put it aside when it is cooked.

2. Pour an egg into pan. (with low fire)

3. Put the Burger Meat at the middle.

4. Cover the Burger Meat with Egg. ( I learned this skill when i bought Burger from Malay Burger Stall.keke From the pic, obviously my skill to wrap the burger need to improve again =.=”" )

5. Spread Margerine on two piece of bread.

6. Put a piece of Vegetable. (生菜）

7. Put the burger meat wrapped with egg on top.

8. Put a slice of Cheese on top.

9. Put few slice of tomato.

10. Put some Mayonnaise. ( Some Chilli or Tomato sauce according to individual preference)

11. Cover another piece of bread on top.

12. Ta Da. My healthy Home Made Burger Sandwich is ready to serve!

13. After few bites of Sandwich. HEHE. Yummy Yummy!

This is my Breakfast Set! It consists of Burger Sandwich, Ham and Hot Dog. Healthy enough leh?

The drink for today meal is my favourite “Solivite” Original Flavour! Superb Breakfast!

Since someone complaint my previous entry – breakfast with love that the HOT DOG make her no appetite and spoil the overall Breakfast Set.  So, this time i look into the matter and try to improve the presentation of HOT DOG in my Breakfast Set. How is it looks like? Better than last time right? (hopefully get positive respond )

It has been a week i do not meet Uncle Chan already and another date will be at Chinese New Year Goshhh….no date for 3 weeks continously leh… My head gonna grow alot of spiderweb and mushroom already liao.. 

UNCLE CHAN, FASTER FINSIHED EXAM AND COME BACK LAH!

When i start to show my kungfu, i found that my dad has gone out. I called him to ensure whether need to prepare his breakfast also, but then, he told me a bad news and he is going to have breakfast with friends outside. I am sorry to say that one of his colleague met an accident and passed away in 1/1/09 @ 5am something. wuwu.. I am so sad to hear that Everyone are celebrating for 2009, but at the other side, it is the end of a life to someone. Whyyyyyyy???  May him rest in peace.

In the end, i am preparing 2 set of breakfast for mum and me only. Hereby i would like to share my 爱心早餐to you all.

1. Apply margarine, cut the cheese into 4 slice and arrange it as shown in photo.

2. Cut the sausage into slice and arrange it on top of the cheese.

3. Take another piece of bread and cut a hole at the middle.

4. Apply some margerine on the bread and put it on top of the cheese filling bread.

5. Put an egg into the hole.

6. Put some sugar on another small piece of bread. (Fully utilized the material )

7. Bake the bread in Oven for 10 – 15 minutes.

8. It is ready when the bread has changed to Golden Colour. ( Remember not to over cooked the egg, let it be half boiled egg)

See…the filling is sooo cheesy and yummy yummy

Ho Ho Ho… even the egg yolk is presented in LOVE shape ( this is the power of love )

Besides the main dishes, i prepare another 2 sausages and mashed potato. (Mashed potato need to be improve again..keke.. gimme more time to do research online on how to make the gravy sauce 1st )

Dang Dang Dang… here is my overall Breakfast with LOVE (爱心早餐） today. I served my mum her favorite drink- KopiO and myself a  cup of hot Milo. Yummy…Delicious… This is a wonderful Morning for both of us
